"I had a great experience with most of the employees—they are professional and communicate well. However, my experience with Tim was completely different. I had an auto policy with this company for over four years before Tim joined. Unfortunately, he was unprofessional and rude during our interaction. I was already working with another representative regarding an issue with underwriting, which I had attempted to resolve twice last year by submitting all the required documents. Tim was unfamiliar with my case history, yet he refused to transfer me to someone else who could assist me. When I tried to explain the situation, he kept repeating the same incorrect explanation, raising his voice at me, and showing a lack of knowledge about the matter. His behavior was not only unhelpful but also unprofessional. If you’re dealing with this company, I’d advise avoiding him to save yourself the frustration."
